Recently an Editorial in the Chicago Tribune stated “You don’t read much about imaginative cooperation among Wisconsin, Indiana and Illinois because precious little occurs. A Chicago-based Alliance for Regional Development does unite some business, civic and academic leaders to push the notion of working together.” It went on to say “If blame is your game, pin this on the Republican governors of Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. Or on the Democratic mayors of Chicago, Milwaukee and Gary.
