Rooms can be reservered for nights between October 21 — 24. Guests can also make reservations by clicking here or by calling 1-877-303-0104. When making reservations via phone, refer to the Alliance for Regional Development Block to receive your special rate.  The cutoff date for guests to make reservations at the group rate is Thursday, October 8, 2015.

Recently an Editorial in the Chicago Tribune stated “You don’t read much about imaginative cooperation among Wisconsin, Indiana and Illinois because precious little occurs. A Chicago-based Alliance for Regional Development does unite some business, civic and academic leaders to push the notion of working together.” It went on to say “If blame is your game, pin this on the Republican governors of Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. Or on the Democratic mayors of Chicago, Milwaukee and Gary. But if you’d rather see the Chicago Megacity as a crucible of global growth, then ask all these officials to spend less time undercutting one another and more time crafting an irresistible destination.”

The work of the Alliance and the Third Summit create the path for promoting regional collaborations and scaling assets to drive growth.
